Life As Fisherman
Life as fisherman is very tough and full of beautiful experience. Imagine the evening tranquility in which they live, away from the noise and the confusion of the city. This is a great place for retreat. Looking forward to this kind of life upon retirement. I think it is very good and healthy lifestyle for old age.
This scenery is found at Kuala Igan, taken by myself using my samsung galaxy note one memorable evening.

Kampung Life - Infrastructure
I'm proud to show to the world the infrastructure in our kampung. River used to be the most important aspect in our day to day life. Until today, there's little changes being done. When the rest of the world are developing, our kampung is still as backward as before, despite the fact that Malaysia is a developing country. Reasons: maybe due to lack of natural resources that can be derived as a basis for giving development.

Kampung Life - Mode of transport
Life in kampung is interesting. We can cruise the Oya River any time during the day or night and petrol for outboard engine is economical. One thing for sure is, owning a long boat is simple, no need to pay insurance or ROAD TAX (or probably; RIVER TAX). To get one long boat is also very easy and cheap as well, no need bank loan and incur high interest rates.
That's the beauty of Kampung Life.

Lampu isyarat
